Personnel & Equipment

All Pathfinder staff and contractors are hand-picked for their reliability, experience and commitment to customer service.  Security personnel have a range of expertise ranging from static security to military, MOD and close protection.  Staff are carefully matched to your requirements.

All staff are fully trained and are SIA accredited. They undergo a safety brief before beginning each job highlighting particular site risks both to their own safety and that of any customer personnel they may encounter whilst on guard.  A security brief is also undertaken to identify particular risk to customer assets and a strategy to mitigate that risk.  All staff are First Aid trained and adhere to our strict dress code to portray a professional image.
